Emplazado en un antiguo edifico de piedra de la zona portuaria, Mundo Dios se presenta como un oasis, un lugar que reúne a artistas de manera orgánica e informal, quienes desarrollan laboratorios, talleres, producciones, residencias, muestras, fiestas, ambientaciones, etc. Creado y dirigido por los artistas <a href="http://boladenieve.org.ar/node/645" target="_blank"><b>Juan José Souto</b></a> y <a href="http://danielbasso.com/" target="_blank"><b>Daniel Basso</b></a>, el sistema <b>Mundo Dios</b> se desarrolla con la valiosa presencia de artistas amigos. Mariano Ullua, Yamandú Rodríguez, Fabián Ramos, Mariana Pellejero, Marcela Baltar y Adriana Sasali, forman parte del núcleo. Ernesto Ballesteros, Los Coco, Rosario Bléfari, Rafael Cippolini, Daniel Joglar, Erika Escoda, Alberto Goldenstein, entre otros, son parte de la red.
